Register for Golf or Dinner

  • If you need to be paired up with another golfer, please enter ‘Single’ in the Team Name field, and indicate your level of play in the Comments section.
  • If you are part of a 2some, please enter ‘2some’ and your partners name in the Team Name field, and indicate your level of play in the Comments section.
  • A single golfer will be assigned to a 4some.
  • 2 golfers will be in the same cart and paired up with another 2some.
  • 3 and 4 golfers will be in the same 4some.

Dinner Only

Please let us know how many of each type of meal you are requesting.

Payment

Golfers

Cost is $100 per golfer (includes dinner).

Please send an e-transfer to treasurer@fimla.ca and
include your team name, your name and the names of the other golfers (if any) in the comments area of the e-transfer.

Diners

Dinner only is $20 per adult, $10 for kids.

Please send an e-transfer to treasurer@fimla.ca and
include the number of adult meals and kids meals
in the comments area of the e-transfer.

If e-transfer is not an option for you, you can send a cheque payable to FIMLA to
